NK |  Nastya Kamenskikh, who was the first Ukrainian performer to conquer the hearts of millions of Latin American listeners and viewers, gave an interview to the Mexican edition of Playboy.

 During the conversation with (Playboy) journalists, NK talked about her plans to acquaint Mexico with Ukrainian culture and creativity even more, and to visit the country with a concert. After the artist was invited to present her new track «Elefante» there, Latin Americans fell in love with her songs.  «I have been to Mexico many times as a tourist and as an artist, but this is just the beginning. Now I am planning to go and play a concert here.  I like everything in this country, especially the people who are always singing, dancing and enjoying life,»NK said.

 Nastya Kamenskikh admitted that she was interested in Latin America as a child, because her parents had lived in Mexico for some time and talked a lot about the culture of the region.

 In the interview, the singer shared a secret that helped her practice Spanish, which she learned in just 1.5 years. «I love Latin American music, and I have always wanted to understand what these songs are about, to understand the language. This motivated me to learn Spanish. Mexican soap operas help me to practice colloquial speech; I have seen so many of them that it is already difficult to remember all the names,» said Nastya.

 The singer will soon be pleasing her fans with another new track; «Miami», which she recorded together with Cuban singer Jacob Forever, one of the most successful reggaeton performers in the world, and the young Dominican singer Jessy Frank.  The song will be released on January 24th.

 NK opens up Ukraine to the world with her unique (form of) creativity (style). She presented her track «Elefante», on which Latin rhythms are combined with the Ukrainian sopilka, in Mexico, where she was invited after the furore of the track «Peligroso».

 Now «Elefante» has conquered USA radio station, SiriusXM Venus, which also covers Canada and Mexico. In addition, the song has been played on board JetBlue aircraft and on the popular iHeart radio.

 It is worth noting that the video «Elefante» gained more than 20 million views in just 8 weeks.  And NK’s debut English-Spanish track «Peligroso» topped the charts of Billboard, Music Choice, MTV, HTV and attracted the attention of the popular Puerto Rican artist De La Ghetto – as a result, a joint remix of «Peligroso» appeared.
